University Guest House
The University Guest House is a compilation of buildings that we own and operate to provide temporary accommodation and housing options for incoming faculty, graduate, post graduate, researchers and serious students visiting the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Campus area. All our buildings are located on campus and close to East and West Banks of the U of M.
Accommodations
We offer comfortable and secure rooms in accommodations of 1, 2 and multi bedroom apartments with lots of common spaces for studying or relaxing. All accommodations offer fully furnished private bedrooms, common areas and well supplied guest kitchen for your own home cooked meals. All rooms are professionally cleaned by our staff once a week.
Our rooms are separate male/female with a private bedroom, shared living area and shared bathroom; private bath accommodations are also available. All bedrooms are private. Room rates include all utilities including high speed wireless and/or Ethernet internet connection, cable TV in living rooms. Monthly Rates are available from $650-$925.
